Damaged Goods

If you order an item from Huge C Media Pty Ltd (the publisher of smorgasboarder) and the goods are damaged we will replace it. Please just send a photograph of the damaged item along with your details to shop@smorgasboarder.com.au. Alternately, please log a returns request on the website at: http://www.smorgasboarder.com.au/shop/index.php?route=account/return/insert

Australian subscriptions will incur a $5 handling fee to send a replacement magazine. International subscriptions will incur a $20 handling fee to send a replacement magazine.

Aside from subscriptions, merchandise orders within Australia can be returned and exchanged for a same/ similar product of the same value, provided the merchandise is unused and in a saleable condition. For an exchange, a reply paid post bag is to be included with the returned product, or a $15 handling fee will be incurred. International orders can be returned and exchanged for the same/ similar product of the same value, provided the merchandise is unused and in a saleable condition. International exchange orders will be charged freight.
